This Privacy Policy applies to Black Code Enterprises LLC and governs data collected through blackcode.consulting.

1. What We Collect

We collect information you submit through contact, intake, and scoping forms, including name, email, company, and request details. If you sign up for updates, we keep your first name, last name and email address, when you signed up and when you confirmed. If you are a client, we keep your contact details, contracts and project files in our client portal.

2. How We Use Data

We use submitted information to review requests, prepare scope recommendations, and respond with next steps. We may aggregate request patterns to improve our service offerings. We use an updates signup only to send those emails; every one has a one-click unsubscribe, and once you unsubscribe we don't email you marketing again.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We only share data with service providers needed to run our operations and communication workflows.

4. Retention

We retain intake and communication records for operational, security, and planning purposes, then delete or anonymize data when no longer needed.
